Job Title: Trademark Attorney
Job Description:
• Research client's proposed trademark and conduct trademark clearance search;
• Prepare opinion about likelihood of trademark acceptance;
• Prepare documents for trademark application and other trademark matters;
• File documents with the Trademark Office;
• Follow up on rejected trademark applications;
• Correspond with foreign attorneys.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above with major in law or English;
2. One year of related work experience.
